1876
Consett & District C.C. is formed. [The Club developed from the first cricket club [Benfieldside] in the district founded in 1867.]Home matches are played on the site of present Blackhill Park.

1887
Consett becomes a founder member of Durham County Challenge Cup.

1890
Club plays its first home match at Blackfyne.

1891

Northern section of Premier League [ including Consett] forms Durham Senior League.

Consett joins inaugural North West Durham League [NWD].

1910
Extensions to Blackfyne ground are completed.
Special opening match, Consett XI v Mr. Fairley's XI, held on 16th April.

1911
Durham C.C.C. plays Norfolk C.C.C. at Blackfyne. [First Minor Counties
Championship match played at Blackfyne. The ground was to be the venue on an annual basis for a further 46 Minor Counties' matches until the last, Durham versus Cheshire, in 1979.]

1912
Club 'does the double' of NWD League Championship and NWD 'B' Div. Championship.

1917
Club negotiates a 30 year lease with the new owners of Blackfyne, Consett Iron Company.

New pavilion is opened at Blackfyne. NWD League Champions.

Winners of Austin Trophy. [Defeating Bishop Auckland in final to become County Durham 'Champion of Champions'.] TSCL Cup Winners. 2nd Team TSCL 'B' Div. Cup Winners.

1983
TSCL Cup Winners. Licensed bar [built by Club members] is opened by Coun.Don Robson [Chairman, TSCL].

2nd Team TSCL 'B' Div. Cup Winners.

TSCL Cup Winners.

Club 'does the double' of TSCL 'B' Div. Championship and TSCL 'B' Div. Cup Winners.

1998
2nd Team TSCL 'B' Div. Cup Winners. David Jackson [pro.] takes 120 wkts. in the season; TSCL all-time record.

1999
Final season of TSCL. Consett's overall record in TSCL:- Played 1538 Won 786 Drawn 319 Lost 422 Tied 11.

2000
Consett becomes a founder member of Northumberland & Tyneside Senior Cricket League [N&TSCL].

2006
Neil Remmer takes 6 wkts for 12 runs versus Burnopfield. Best analysis of a Consett bowler in N&TSCL history to date. Pavilion is severely damaged by fire on 24th September.

2007
Pavilion is officially reopened by Paul Collingwood [Durham C.C.C. & England] 7th November.

2012

Both 1st & 2nd XI promoted to A1 and B1 of the N&TSCL respectively. 

2018

The N&TSCL merges with the NCL to form the N&TCL. 1st X1 to start in Division 1 and 2nd X1 to start in Division 5 South. 1st X1 tie Charity Bowl Final with Premier League powerhouses South Northumberland, only to lose by having lost 1 more wicket than their opponents.
