The club AGM will take place on Thursday 12th December this year. All paid up club members are welcome to attend. There will be a review of the previous year in terms of on and off the field activities, club finances and proposed projects.

At the AGM, we always elect our officers for the forthcoming 12 months and welcome anyone who wishes to or is able help out with the running of the club.

To be in consideration for a post election, you must have yourself proposed and seconded by two club members other than yourself and submit this to the club Secretary, Sarah, prior to the meeting via email to secconcc@yahoo.com

In the event that more than one person submits an application for a post, it will go to the floor for a vote. Only bona fide members of the club may cast a vote at the AGM. 

If anyone has any proposals for rule changes, rule amendments, constitutional amendments or constitutional changes, then they must be submitted 28 days prior to the meeting (not later than 14th November) to the club Secretary.

If anyone has any questions about any of the posts, please ask.

An agenda will be pre circulated in a timely manner and anyone who wishes to contribute AOB for the meeting must inform the secretary prior to the commencement of the meeting.
