The Buskers came to our humble home at Blackfyne and ensured we were all thoroughly entertained for an evening of fun, fantastic music, standy up bingo and drinking. Keep an eye out for them making a return in 2018....

A massive thank you to everyone who came along on Friday night and filled the club house for the Senior Presentation Night. Some may remember it as the Jamie Bradley awards night as he took home a stunning 8 trophies in total!! Much fun was also had in the quiz (thankfully) with several prizes given out throughout and spread out eventually after Rodney Trotter & The Newbie looked like making it their own! 2016 second division finals day held at South Shields CC. Our Sunday Academicals side represented the club having won through to the day after a bowl out victory in the quarter-final at Whiteleas and a routine win in the first round against Annfield Plain. They eventually lost out in the final by 90 runs to Kimblesworth which was no disgrace against very strong opposition after a very convincing win in the days first semi final! 2014 Junior Presentation Night at the Club

A few snaps from the successful inaugural hosting of the Eric Topham Trophy 6 a side competition held between Consett, Leadgdate and Shotley Bridge. Shotley Bridge would run out eventual winners in a final between themselves and Leadgate having gone the entire day unbeaten, the hosts finishing 3rd having managed to go the whole day without a win. Better luck next year lads...
