It's almost time again for our annual fund raising sponsored walk, held in memory of David Graham.

The walk will once again see many of our juniors and seniors walk from the King's Head in Lanchester back to the clubhouse at Blackfyne in order to raise funds for our junior sides. With us now having 8 (yes eight!) junior sides - U15, U13, U11A, U11B, U 11 Jets (girls), U11 Steelers (girls), U9 Comets & U9 Cobras.

The monies raised will go toward paying for volunteers to undertake coaching courses, purchase training equipment to help the coaches hone and improve the skills of the junior players, help us to expand on the communal kit that we already have (after all it's an expensive sport equipment wise) and to help us hold junior events throughout the year.

Anyone is welcome to join us for the walk, people should be at The King's Head ready to start at 11am. Everyone will then walk back to out Blackfyne home via the old railway route and the club will be open for refreshments once people start to arrive.
