AGM 2022

The 2022 AGM will take place on Monday 14th November at 8.30pm in the clubhouse at Blackfyne. 

On the evening there will be a review of on-field and off-field performance presented by the Chair and Secretary as well as final accounts by the Treasurer. 

An agenda for the AGM will be made available soon and distributed accordingly. Anyone wishing to raise AOB for the meeting must do so in writing (or e-mail) to the secretary not later than 28 days prior to the meeting (17th October cut-off).

Roles within the club will be appointed at the AGM for the subsequent 12 months, all roles become available on an annual basis but often see people stand for re-election. Anyone wishing to stand for a role who has not done so previously, please contact the club secretary for more information - secconcc@yahoo.com

Roles are as follows; President, Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Fixtures Secretary, DPS (Licensee), Club Welfare Officer, Junior Co-Ordinator, Web Editor, 1st X1 captain, 1st X1 vice-captain, 2nd X1 captain, 2nd X1 vice-captain, Academicals captain, Academicals vice-captain. We can also accept submissions for committee members, anyone who feels that they could add to the running of the club through voluntary contributions and ideas would be made very welcome. Anyone wishing to stand for any of the official positions must make their intentions known to the Secretary prior to the meeting and have their nomination supported by 2 other full members.

Also, anyone wishing to propose any rule changes, the above criteria applies plus you must have any proposal supported by 2 full members of the club.

Should anything need to be voted upon at the meeting, only those who are paid up members of the club will be permitted to vote.
