An Evening of Comedy with Steffen Peddie

10 Dec 2021

We at Consett & District Cricket Club are very proud to announce our first big social event of 2022!

We have an evening of comedy with North East funny man - Steffen Peddie. Steffen came to the club in 2019 and kept the bar throughly entertained for hours with a mixture of quips, stories, one liners and audience participation. Steffen hosts his own show on local radio at 10pm Monday to Friday (for contractual reasons we can't state which one but we are sure you can work it out). Having played 'Big Keith' in North East based show Hebburn, Steffen has also made several TV appearances in such shows as The Dumping Ground - the follow up to Tracey Beaker depending on yours or your children's ages... He has also worked alongside fellow North East comedian Ross Noble on many occasions. The former pro wrestler who went by the name of Judge Mental, is delighted to come back to Blackfyne to a room full of sparring partners that he can try his best moves and lines on!

The date for the show is evening of Saturday 5th February and due to the size of the bar, it will be an intimate show which means that tickets will be limited. Tickets will be priced at £7.50 and are available by contacting Ian Cox. Tickets will need to be paid for in advance and your places will not be guaranteed until payments have been made. We look forward to being able to welcome you for what will be an excellent evening of entertainment and the perfect tonic to put those January blues behind you!
