The HLSCL presentation evening will take place on Thursday 31st October at Hetton Lyons CC. As our team excelled themselves this season and captured a famous double there will indeed be trophies to collect on this occasion rather than just going through the formailities of turning up and honouring the allocated tickets as is usually the case. As is customary there will be a pie and peas supper, prize quiz and entertainment as well as the presentation of the 2013 Trophies.  The entertainment this year will be provided by Oliver. Tickets are priced at £6 (I think) and will need to know asap of all who wish to attend. All those who played in the T20 final winning team will receive an individual trophy for their efforts on the evening so are encouraged to attend but I am so far unsure of how it will work out for the league award. 

I have worked together with Shotley Bridge and booked a coach for travel to and from the event. Price for this will depend on how many seats we can fill but I envisage that it is likely to cost around £6-7. The coach is booked to leave The Cricketers at 6pm prompt and will return from Hetton around 11.15pm. I need to know as soon as possible all those who definately plan on attending so that I can reserve their places and in turn ensure I order enough tickets from the League so that all can gain entry on the evening. Any parents, spectators or mascots also wishing to attend are of course welcome to come along as this is not exclusively open to players.
