Apologies for the lack of communication over the winter. Hope you’ve all had a good time over the festive period and are keeping to your resolutions. Please see the below AGM round-up which took place in December and the senior award winners for the 2025 season.
At the AGM, we had our round-up of how the season went on and off the field, a review of club finances and decisions for the club moving forward.
On the night, we elected our officers and captains for the 2026 season which are as follows;

Other members of the club committee - John Chapman, Andrew Forster, Judith Bridgewater, Ewan McCabe, Nikki Wilkinson, Ryan Kerr (Junior Member) & Lucas Barber (Junior Member)
The 1st X1 will play in Division 1 of NTCL and will play in 4 cup competitions, the 2nd X1 will play in Division 4 South of NTCL and will play in 2 cup competitions, The Academicals will play in Division 4 of HLSCL and play in 2 cup competitions.
We will have junior sides at the following levels - U17, U15, U13, U11 & U9. Some of these teams will be mixed and may have more than one side at a particular age group level depending upon participating and eligible age group players.
All senior fixtures have now seen the provision of mandatory teas removed so players will always need to bring their own food to games. This is a decision based around H&S as well as local authority hygiene requirements, something that club volunteers may find difficult to adhere to. Tea, Coffee & Juice will still be provided during the interval for games at Blackfyne.
