A huge thank you to everyone who attended Sunday's fun day at the club. The day was a remarkable success for all concerned and thankfully after an early scare the weather stayed dry and everything went ahead as planned. Was great to see so many faces old and new in attendance and the club are most thankful to all who came along. The money raised from the fun day was our best total to date which is encouraging that all of the hard work put in by the planning team was all worth it. Big thanks to Beth, Julia, Lucy, Catherine, Wilk, Andrew and everyone else involved in making the day such a success. Some of us even managed to stretch the day out until 11pm and sink a fair few celebratory ales with the World Cup Final for company which will have ensured Colin will be more than happy with the days bar takings too!! This money will as ever be a massive help in improving the facilities of the club which in turn will help with our constant aim of better player development from Under 11's right through to 1st X1 cricket.
